The Bob and Dolores Hope Foundation

Established in 1953 in CA – Founded by the late Lester T. “Bob” Hope, who was a comedian, theater, radio, motion picture and television entertainer. He is best known for films such as “My Favorite Brunette” and the “Road to…” series of movies. Hope served as host of the Academy Awards ceremony 14 times, and was the winner of 4 honorary awards from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Hope did nearly 60 tours with the United Service Organizations (USO) to entertain American troops abroad.
